So, this process of becoming aware of our thoughts and behaviors is key to beginning to separate who you really are from your learned programming. After years of the same response to the same perceived threat, your response can feel like who you really are. It becomes so automatic and so familiar that it’s difficult to see the difference between the two.

Now let’s finish this process of separating your programming from who you really are.
If my response to life in thought or behavior, is not what I desire-meaning that it is limiting or self-defeating rather than growing and self-expanding, then I need to consider that it could be learned programming. This is not who I am capable of being or who I want to be. This probes the question of what might I be capable of in terms of growth and expansion. So I ask myself:
